  • With both with middle fingers, press the inner corner of your eyebrows,
  • And apply pressure on outer corner of the eyebrows with the index finger.
  • Looking towards the ceiling, slowly raise your lower eyelids upwards to make yourself crossed eyed and then relax.
  • Do this for 5-6 times and finish with closing your eyes tightly for few seconds.

Surprisingly, chewing gum to combat signs of ageing. As done in moderation, this way tends to provide a consistent and steady movement of facial muscles. It helps to keep your facial muscles toned and makes your surrounding skin much firmer. In addition, it helps to smoothen out skin.

  • Place both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread all of the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline.
  • Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead,
  • Applying light pressure to tighten the skin.
  • Relax and repeat for 10 times.

  • Your index fingers should lie between the eyebrows
  • Bring down the thumbs lightly around the outer-eye corners
  • Keep your eyes gently shut while pulling the index fingers up slightly above your brows and at the same time
  • pulling your thumbs out towards your ears.
  • Keep pulling up and out the skin muscles around the eyes for about thirty seconds.
  • Repeat the exercise for 5 times.

Eyebrows are one of the most important features on your face because they keep you looking awake and alert. Keep those brows up high by doing the following exercise.

  • Press the tips of your fingers from both hands below the eyebrows.
  • Try to move your eyebrows down and close your eyes tightly.
  • Hold for 7 counts. Slowly release and take a deep breath.
  • Repeat movement 5 to 7 times.
