Carrot Oil and Juice for Hair Growth
Carrots are a blessing to the mankind with its several benefits and in numerous applications for healthy body. Of course there are several other fruits and natural gifts that are great in multiple ways. Carrot, however, is particularly good for one’s hair. They have a relatively high concentration of vitamin A that apart from other health benefits, also promotes hair growth and ensures a healthy scalp.

1. Carrot Pre-Shampoo Treatment:
This Pr-shampoo treatment is for those who are bored of oiling hair. To make this treatment mask, you need one or two carrots (according to your hair length) cut into small pieces. Then mix it with olive oil, coconut oil, essential oil and the honey. After mixing all the ingredients well, heat the mixture for 3 Mins. After heating the oil, blend it well using some curd. The mixture will look like a carrot smoothie but no you don’t have to drink it.
Apply on hair from roots to tip and keep it for 25 Min. Rinse out with a good shampoo. This Pre-shampoo treatment will stimulate hair growth and it will also make your hair smooth and healthy. 2. Hair Mask:
Take one peeled carrot and peeled banana. Cut into small pieces adding olive oil to this mixture. Blend the mixture with some curd. Make a paste keeping in mind that the paste should not be thick as it may be difficult to remove it later. Apply this mask for 25-30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with your regular shampoo. You may use this mask twice a week. This will amend in stimulating your hair and will make it stronger and thicker.

Carrot oil has many beneficial nutrients for our hair, including beta carotene and vitamin E, which make of it an excellent conditioner. Beta carotene converts into active vitamin A inside our body, which is essential to maintain hair and skin healthy.
