Treating Under Eye Circles with Essential Oils

By  |

Essential oils are so good for the skin that they have been used for over 5000 years.  Can you believe that?  There is evidence of essential oils back to 3000B.C. in Egypt. The skin around the eyes is very delicate and thinner than other parts of the body. The veins in this area are closer to the skin’s surface causing a bluish or dark tint. Eyes become itchy due to anaphylaxis and iron deficiency. Some causes for dark circles include aging, insufficient sleep, stress, poor lifestyle, liver problems, hyper pigmentation, unhealthy diet (nutritional deficiency), skin dryness, hereditary factors, illnesses like sinus infection, seasonal allergies, and pregnancy.
