  • 2-3 medium sized carrots
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Chop all the other vegetables regularly and throw everything together in the juicer. You want to process this juice at a higher speed to make sure everything blends together properly. Add the salt and pepper at the very end, then top your cup off with a nice sprig of cilantro. This is a great juice to drink in the morning.
