Here are some natural ingredients that you can use to moisturize your cracked lips.

Aloe Vera:

Aloe vera’s excellent healing properties help to heal dry and burned lips. You can apply aloe vera gel or fresh aloe vera pulp directly to your lips to cure them.

Olive Oil:

Make a mixture of olive oil, sugar and honey. Apply it on your lips and then wash if off with warm water after 10 minutes. Apply petroleum gel after the process. Repeating this process regularly will make your lips moist and soft and avoid them from peeling.

Milk Cream:

The high fat content of milk cream makes it a great natural lip moisturizer.

Apply fresh milk cream on your lips and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then gently wash your lips with a cotton ball dipped in lukewarm water. Do this daily to help your lips heal faster.

Water for Peeling Lips:

Sometimes dry skin can lead to peeling of lips. Due to lack of hydration in your body this situation can effectively take place. But, drinking glasses of water can replenish your dehydration level of your body. Even this will be easily reflected over your skin. Cucumber:

Cucumber is also proved as a wonderful remedy for peeling lips. You don’t have to worry even if you are repeatedly having your lips dried. You have to take a slice of cucumber and rub it against your lips. Leave it for 10 minutes after rubbing. Then you can easily wash with cold water. Whether it is during summer or that of winter, you can get beautiful lips with cucumber peels.

Honey:

To soften and smooth the dry lips combine ¼ teaspoon of honey, ¼ teaspoon of lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon of Vitamin E oil. Leave this on overnight. Use this remedy only if you do not have cracked or bleeding lips.

Coconut Oil:

Coconut oil is an excellent home remedy for chapped lips. It is infused with the natural healing and moisturizing properties. Simply apply some coconut oil to your lips several times a day. Or you can massage your lips softly with coconut oil for 2-3 minutes. You can leave some coconut oil on your lips over the night. You should follow it daily if your lips are extremely chapped or dry.
