Drink Hot Water:

  • If you have the habit of drinking cold water, try to replace it with hot water.
  • Hot water will help in eliminating the fat deposits in your body.
  • Drink hot water after every meal and make sure that you leave a gap of half an hour between the food and the water.
  • Never drink water immediately after eating.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is another effective remedy that helps to break down the fats in your body.

  • Make a mixture of 1 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of warm water and drink daily on an empty stomach for two to three months.
  • Apple cider vinegar can act as miraclly well and help to reduce weight in effective way.

Honey With Pepper:

Honey is considered to be one of the best home remedies for a lot of ailments and also helps in weight loss.

Add a teaspoon of honey with two teaspoons of lemon juice and a pinch of pepper in a glass of water.
Mix it well and drink this glass of water the first thing in the morning every day.
You will never tend to gain weight.

Green Tea:

Green tea is an effective remedy for weight loss. Add 2-3 cups of green tea everyday to your daily routine to combat obesity. It is said the regular intake of it helps in reducing the waist line as well as weight.

Cumin Seeds and Black Pepper:

  • Soak 2 tbsp of cumin seeds in a glass of warm water.Let it soak overnight.
  • In the morning boiled this soaked cumin seeds with the water for 1 minute.
  • Strain the water into a glass and allow the water to slightly cool.
  • Add 1 tsp of black pepper powder to this lukewarm water and stir well.
  • Drink this water half hour before your breakfast.

Curry Leaves:

Curry leaves is an aromatic herb extensively used in cooking. This is a great Ayurvedic treatment for weight loss. Curry leaves facilitate digestion by working on the enzymes that take part in digestion and help in the absorption of nutrients from food. Curry leaves will increase your metabolic rate. It also contains a component called mahanimbine that even lowers your lipid, triglyceride and cholesterol levels.

Chew on 8 to 10 curry leaves the first thing in the morning. Continue doing so for 3 months.

Mint:

Mint leaves are very useful in order to lose weight. Add them into your daily diet in the form of peppermint tea. You can also chew them after your meals.

Cabbage:

You should add cabbage in your fat loss diet because it includes tartaric acid, vitamin C, fiber, and water that can lose weight quickly and naturally. Eating cabbage also help you improve estrogen, prevent cancers, improve metabolism, and so on. You can mix it with some other vegetables such as Swiss chard, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli. You can boil or use cabbage to make healthy salads for you and family.

Lemon and Honey:

Take a glass of lukewarm water, add 2 tbsp of honey and 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice.Stir well with the help of a spoon.Drink this water every morning on an empty stomach and 1 hour before having your breakfast.A very beneficial home remedy for treating obesity.

Physical Exercise:

To prevent obesity, there is no better option than physical exercise. Brisk walking is the best exercise to begin with. As soon as you wake up in the morning, workout for at least 30mins to an hour. Burn up unwanted calories by putting large leg muscles to work.
